Life Group: new course starting in September!
This new course – just10 – is a ten-session series to explain the Ten Commandments and their relevance today. Across ten sessions, we are invited to consider the issues at the heart of each of the Ten Commandments. Using contemporary wording and placing each commandment in a 21st-century context, just10 unpacks how to embrace the Ten Commandments so that each of us can live life to the full. Join us at a Life Group either on Tuesdays on Zoom, 7.30–9pm or alternate Thursdays at The Wilshere Hall, 10.30–12pm.
All Age Harvest Service ~ Sunday 1st October

Maintenance Day at St John the Baptist ~ Saturday 30th September
On 30th September, we are having a maintenance day at St John the Baptist from 10am onwards, if the weather is fine. There are plenty of jobs to be tackled and volunteers would be very welcome.

Harvest Festival ~ Sunday 8th October
On Sunday 8th October, a traditional Harvest Festival celebration, with thanksgiving service and lunch, is being held for everyone to enjoy! Come and enjoy the beautiful historic church of St James, give thanks for the harvest and celebrate locally produced food in all its variety. Tickets for lunch cost £15.
